By downloading, installing, or using Gita Darshan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Gita Darshan provides daily Bhagavad Gita shlok wallpapers for Android devices. The App offers a free starter set and a premium collection available via in-app purchase.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Premium features are unlocked through one-time in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing. All transactions are final. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice through the App.
License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms or try to access premium features without authorization
- Disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality or security
Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including wallpapers, Sanskrit verses, translations, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Gita Darshan. The Bhagavad Gita text itself is in the public domain.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to device issues or data loss.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or website.
